Guests can enjoy gastronomic specialities at the La Cantina de Los Mimbrales Restaurant, where our chef Diego Solís prepares delicious dishes such as rice stews with game meat (rice with rabbit and rice with chicken), goose leg in Mimbrales-style orange sauce, Segovia-style sucking lamb, fish from the coast (gilthead sea bream, seabass, sole from Trasmallo) or tasty seafood (Padrón de Huelva prawns, king prawns from Sanlúcar, etc.)

Our guests can savour numerous dishes, including magnificent hors d'oeuvres such as batter-fried asparagus in almond sauce or mushrooms stuffed with creamy bechamel and Jabugo ham in safron sauce. These are just a few of the delicious dishes we offer our guests.
